Your musical masterpiece starts its vinyl journey here. The quality of the master can significantly impact the final output, so be sure to use a mastering engineer who specializes in the vinyl format.
Once the master is ready, we proceed to cut a lacquer, a specialized disk that serves as the blueprint for your vinyl record. Using a high-precision cutting lathe, engineers etch your music into the lacquer in real time with utmost attention to detail, ensuring maximum fidelity for your music.
The cut lacquer undergoes an electroplating process to create a 'stamper,' the negative form of your record. This stamper is a metal mold from which all your vinyl records will be pressed.
This is where the magic happens. The stamper is fitted into our state-of-the-art Viryl Warmtone or LiteTone presses. Heated vinyl pellets are sandwiched between the stampers to press out the final record. Each record is meticulously checked for quality to make sure every groove, note, and nuance is perfectly captured.
Before your records head out the door, they go through rigorous quality control. Every aspect—sound quality, coloring, even the weight—is inspected. Once they pass our stringent quality control standards, we assemble your records with your custom packaging elements.
